Nate was born and raised in Boone, Iowa. After graduating from Waldorf College with a B.A. in business, he worked for Auto-Owners Insurance as a claims adjuster for five years. In 2006, he and his wife moved back to Boone looking to raise their family in a smaller-town environment closer to family. Nate joined his father’s insurance and real estate agency as both an insurance agent and real estate broker associate. Since 2006 Nate has assisted countless people in selling their home and/or finding the home of their dreams. Nate always puts his client’s needs first as a real estate agent, so he has had multiple years in which he has sold several million dollars worth of real estate.
Nate is an involved community member. He is an active member of Sacred Heart Church, has assisted the Boone County historical society in fundraising activities and has coached both his son’s in baseball, wrestling, soccer, & flag football. He has also served on the Young Professionals board, he is a past President of Day Breakers Kiwanis Club, as past President of the Boone/Story County I-Club, past President of Boone Co Pheasant & Quail Forever, and the Boone Co. Economic Growth Cooperation, in which he was a pivotal part of bring Daisy Brand to Boone Co.
Nate greatly enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, hunting, fishing and watching football.
